In the rare instance of a Stakeholder complaint, all functions prioritize resolution of the concern at the earliest and the dedicated Quality Assurance Department keeps the Customer updated of all progress and status until resolution.
As a part of our Integrated Management System we also constantly circulate surveys amongst our customers and employees to know how they feel in being associated with HORECA Trade LLC. This dip stick approach has helped us improve our stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty.
The Quality of our products is of utmost priority at HORECA Trade LLC. When it comes to product quality there are no two ways with us. All our suppliers are evaluated on set criteria before their names are added to the Approved Supplier List and we ensure the products are taken only from our Approved Suppliers. All legal and regulatory requirements are taken into consideration in all aspects of food import, storage and delivery.
Right temperature, humidity and lighting are ensured in our Warehouse at all times. The Chillers, Freezers and Ambient Space temperature are manually captured every hour and cross checked with the continuous readings from Temptrack. All our food distribution vehicles have data loggers to ensure required temperature is maintained through out the journey till they are safely delivered to the Customer. High personal grooming standards and regular improvement trainings are a part of our rich organizational culture.
Audits, Inspections and Certifications are not considered as a destination but the beginning of the journey at HORECA Trade.
